Comes into Operation:  October 24, 2022

For the purposes described herein, this Privacy Policy applies to the “Payday Loan App: Get Money Now” app (hereinafter App). Its purpose is to inform users of the services performed by the App and to tell about the data collected by the App.

Disclosure

The App operator acts neither as a lender nor as a broker. This App is not involved in any credit or financial decisions, but it presents loan-connecting services to users. Through the App, data given by individuals is securely forwarded to third-party lenders, who set the APR, fees, and other loan requirements.

The Information the App Collects

The App collects both personally identifiable information, whereby it can identify a specific person, and non-personally identifiable information, consisting of anonymous data that cannot be traced back to a specific person.

Personally identifiable information is collected whenever users submit an online form to request a loan from an in-network lender or whenever they send questions to the App. Such details refer to your name, address, phone number, SSN, email, date of birth, driving license number, residency status, job information, amount and frequency of paychecks, data on home ownership, and bank account.

Non-personally identifiable information is obtained either via third-party tracking systems or directly through the “cookies”. Examples include the user’s IP address, browser type, time of access, language, clickstream information, and the sections of the App the user views.

Cookies are pieces of information sent by a website to a user’s computer during a website surfing in order to remember the user without identifying him or her.

For statistical and trend analysis purposes, the App can disclose non-personally identifiable information to its suppliers and other third parties.

Third parties, in particular lenders and advertising partners, can be allowed to run advertisements on the App. Cookies or other technologies may be used by these third parties to track and collect information regarding users engaging with their advertisements. The App doesn’t submit PII to these third parties.

In what manner does the app use personally identifiable information

PPI can be gathered by the App for the delivery of the requested service. Personal data given by the user in the registration form is forwarded to the partner lenders operating in the network. The information allows settlement of disputes, dealing with technical problems, or enforcing agreements. The usage of PII is constrained by what is perceived as indispensable for the provision of the service.

Once users provide personally identifiable information, they acknowledge that it may be shared with credible third parties (in compliance with applicable laws), including direct financial option providers with whom App is affiliated. Such information can be shared for marketing and advertising services that can be found relevant to the user. App retains the right to share, trade, or otherwise disclose information of users to third parties.

The App operator is not authorized to access the information presented by users in the registration form. All credit requests from users will be communicated in a secure manner to trustworthy direct lenders involved in the web network.

Through granting PII, users are enabling their partner lenders to reach out to them concerning loan requests and processing. Hence, applicants waive the right to raise any complaints associated with these contacts to the FTC or any other agency.

Personal identifiable information sharing

The App’s services are provided by third parties. In order to deliver better service, the App may share your information with these third parties. The App may also communicate personal information to participating lenders, affiliates, and assignees as it is believed to be required.

Other third parties follow their own privacy policies specifying how they use and/or disclose personally identifiable information.

In response to a court order, subpoena, or similar investigative request, cooperation inquiry from law enforcement or other government agencies; for establishing or enforcing legal rights; for protection of legal claims; or as otherwise required by law, App discloses PII. PII can also be revealed if its purpose is to investigate, prevent or take action concerning illegal activities, fraudulent suspicions or other wrongdoing; to protect and defend the rights, property or safety of the parent company, its personnel, site users or others; or to enforce the Terms and Conditions or other agreements or policies.

Refusal

By default, when users submit PII, they opt-in. When contacted by third parties, users have the right to decline any subsequent communications.

Other Sources

The App can link or redirect users directly to third-party sources that are not covered by this Privacy Policy. For more information, please consult the terms of use and the privacy policy of the sources you access, as the App does not control or manage them.
