You agree to these terms of use as you enter the “Payday Loan App: Get Money Now” App (hereinafter the “App”). Please take the time to read them properly. In case you do not consent to these terms and conditions, exit the App immediately.
Service functionality
The App serves not as a direct lender. It represents a loan service that connects customers to potential loan providers engaging in the online network. Please consult our Privacy Policy prior to using the service.
Loan Terms. The maturity dates for loans provided by our partner lenders are – min 2 months and max 60 months. APRs are from min 5.94% to max 35.99%, with the lowest rates intended for the most creditworthy customers.
An example of a typical loan cost: loan amount – $10,500; loan term – 56 months; APR – 16.55%; monthly payment – $270.36; total amount payable – $15,140.16; the total interest – $4,640.16.
The annual interest rate on your loan may be higher or lower, and you may not have multiple terms in your loan offerings. The actual rate is based on your credit score, credit usage history, loan term, and several other factors. Failure to make timely payments or subsequent fees and charges can increase the value of your fixed-rate loan.
The App does not ensure that the price, product, availability, rates, fees or any other credit terms provided by the Lending Partners through the Service are the best available on the market.
The App relies on personal information to keep users in touch with qualified creditors. Please refrain from disclosing your non-public data to third parties by checking the box in the App. No credit match or amount is guaranteed by the App.
Through the submission of a request, users may consent to receive repetitive messages from App, its affiliates, third-party marketers and/or lenders by telephone, text message, autodial, SMS or pre-recorded messages. The agreement of users to receive repetitive messages is by no means compulsory for the use of the App’s services. It can be revoked by users whenever they wish.
The partner lenders who receive the user’s form evaluate the information in real-time to identify whether it meets the underwriting criteria. Partner lenders can use the customer’s information to carry out soft or hard credit checks and verify information according to national databases (including Teletrack) that follow customer transactions with lenders. When submitting for a loan, the user consents to let lenders evaluate, validate and research the information by doing so.
Provided the system detects that the user’s request is in accordance with certain underwriting criteria, the user will be redirected to a lender. You hereby understand and agree that once you have been forwarded to a lender, the App has zero further participation in the loan request or approval process. The relationship between users and the direct lenders with which they are associated is governed by the policies as well as the terms and conditions stipulated by that lender.
Correctness
The App users bear responsibility for the correctness of the information they share through the App. The App may reject, suspend or terminate use of the service if the information turns out not to be accurate and truthful.
Supervision of features, functions and access to the Service
The App is free to make any changes to any features, information, or functionality of the service at any time without notice. The App may reject access to all or part of the services without notice if the user performs any activity designated by the App (in its sole discretion) as infringing these terms and conditions, the rights of the App or any third party, or otherwise inappropriate.
No responsibility is taken by the App for any disruption or delay in the service caused by errors in the submission of information on the request or any technical problems beyond its reasonable control.
Third Parties
The app can provide links to other sources administered by third parties. Such links serve your convenience and familiarity only. The App does not administer or control to any extent any information, software, products or services obtained from such third-party sources. It is not necessarily implied by the incorporation of a link to the source any endorsement of the services or source, its content or the sponsoring organization.
Privacy Disclaimer
The App follows all possible security measures to protect users’ information. Users agree that the App bears no liability if the user receives advertisements or notices from lenders and other third parties that are connected to the activities of the App. Users give permission to share their information with partner lenders. The App does not supervise the use of personal information by them. The information submitted by the user in the App is shared with one or more participating lenders.
Be sure to use a separate email only for business contacts to eliminate spam and unnecessary contacts. Avoid using the company phone, as third parties may send messages that do not correspond to the App’s policy. Do not enter personal or family emails, and avoid any information that could be used by third parties.
